What you need
- 2 fresh swordfish steaks – 1cm thick, around 200gr. each
- 250 gr. cherry tomatoes
- mixed leafe salad
- 1 glove of garlic
- extra virgin olive oil
- lemon juice
Spray a large frying pan with olive oil, add the garlic glove and heat over medium heat until the garlic goldens.
Add the swordfish steak and season with salt and pepper. Roast for 5 minutes both sides.
Adjoin the cherry tomatoes, lemon juice, chopped mint&parsley and capers.
Cook on high heat for further 5 minutes.
Serve along with fresh mixed leafes salad seasoned with salt, lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil.
