Goat Cheese&Radish

What you need

  • 100gr. Goat Cheese
  • Mixed Radishes, no.4
  • 150gr. Argula
  • 45gr. Walnuts
  • lemon juice / balsamic vinegar
  • salt
  • pepper
  • extra virgin olive oil


Slice the radishes, to confer to the salad a crisp, crunchy texture and a distinctive peppery bite.

In a large bowl, place the arugula, the sliced radishes, pomegranate and walnuts.

Sprinkle the ingredients with the mixed dressing.

Transfer the salad to a large serving platter and present it along with the goat cheese.

Sprinkle with coarse sea salt before serving.
