What you need
- 250gr. orecchiette (shop-bought)
- 1 bounch cime di rapa
- 6 anchovy fillets
- 2 small dried chilly
- 1 glove of garlic
- extra virgin oliv oil
Begin by cooking together the orecchiette and the cime di rapa in salted boiling water.
The orecchiette will absorbe flavor from the vegetable while cooking.
Meanwhile, gently fry the garlic and chilli, then add 4 anchovies and cook until softened to become a sauce.
2 minutes before pasta and cime di rapa are ready, add them to the pan to stir fry.
Decorate the plates with few more chilly flakes, some drops of olive oil and the remaining anchovy.
