What you need
- 1 can Chickpeas
- Fresh Mint leafes
- 1 Beetroot (ready to eat)
- 1 small spoon of sesame seeds
- Ground Pepper
- Lemon
- Oil
DECORATION
- 2 Radishes
- Plain yogurth
- rocket salad
TO SERVE
- sourdough bread
How
Place the chickpeas in boiling water with salt and mint for 10-15min.
Add the chickpeas, beetroot, sesame seeds, fresh mint, pepper, lemon juice and oil into a blender.
Add some water to achieve a smooth texture.
Slice sourdough bread and heat it in the oven for 10min.
Spread the beetroot hummus on top of the 4 bread slices with some drops of plain yogurth, add some rocket, fresh mint and sliced radishes to guarnish. add few drops of olive oil on top.
