Mushrooms Courgettes Toast – Party time!

What you need


  • sourdough bread
  • Mushrooms
  • stracchinno 125 gr.
  • Fresh Mint leafes
  • Parsley
  • Ground Pepper
  • Extravirgin olive oil

 

How


Slice sourdough bread and heat it in the oven for 10min.

Place courgettes in a pan for 10min with oil, salt, pepper parsley and mint.

Add the mushrooms and stir for 5 more minutes.

Spread 4 bread slices with stracchino and place on top mushrooms and courgettes. Guarnish with finely cut fresh mint and parsley, pepper and few drops of olive oil.
