Smoothie – OrangeKiwiBanana

What you need

  • 1/4 cup water 
  • 1 medium-sized bananas
  • 2 kiwis
  • 3 oranges
  • Few drops of Propoli (alcohol free)


Squeeze the oranges for the juice, with bites.

Add all ingredients in a blender.

Blend for about 90 seconds or until the mixture is smooth.

Add more water as needed to achieve thick and creamy consistency.

Serve along with apple slices.


NOTES: You can substitute the water with coconut water
