What you need
- 1 courgettes
- 1/2 can of chickpease
- basmati rice
- cumin seeds
- rocket salad
- extra virgin olive oil
Boil rice in salted water with cumin seeds.
Boil the chickpease in salted water with mint.
Cut the courgettes in fine round slices and grill on medium heat. Season with salt and pepper.
Combine all the ingredients and add raisins and some leafes of rocket salad.
Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.
