How

Do you love granola?

Here we go.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C. Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper so the sweetener sticks to your oats rather than to to the baking sheet.

Combine the wheat flakes, puffed rice, sunflower seeds and chopped hazelnuts in a large bowl.

Pour over the dry ingredients the salt, brown sugar, honey and oil.  Stir well to coat. Spread the mixture out evenly on the baking sheets. Spread it with the cocoa powder.

For maximum clumps, gently press down on the granola with the back of a spoon.

Then put the baking sheet into the oven for baking.

Don’t bake the granola too long, just until it is golden on top, for about 15 min.

Lastly, let the granola cool completely before breaking it up. It is the moment to add roughfly cut dark chocolate flakes.

Store the granola in an airtight container at room temperature.
