What you need
- 150 gr. soft ripened cheese made from pasteurised goats’ milk
- 12 rosemary flatbrads
- 1 fresh rosemary stick
Combine the rosemary flatbrad and the round sliced goat cheese.
Decorate with honey and fresh rosemary.
Serve on a platter, along with a red wine … enjoy and smile!
