What you need
- 5 bananas
- olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- lemon juice
How
Slice the bananas with an oval section. To have more crunchy banana chips, use bananas that are not too ripe. Also, the thinner you cut the slices, the crunchier they will be.
Preheat oven to 180 C.
Cover a sheet pan with foil and lightly grease with cooking spray.
Arrange the bananas in a single layer on prepared baking sheet and sprinkle with some lemon juice.
Season with olive oil, salt and pepper.
Bake for about 50 min. ( flip the sheet pan after 25 min)
Remove from oven and cool completely.
The longer they cool, the crunchier they will get.
Serve in nice terracotta bowls.
To keep them for longer days store in an airtight container.
