Blueberry Cup

What you need

  • 150 gr. fresh blueberries
  • 200 gr. greek yogurt
  • sunflower seeds
  • lemon juice


Blend 90 gr. of blueberries with some lemon juice.
If the cream is too sour, you can add a spoon of sugar.

Prepare a bowl with a first layer of thick greek yogurt, then pour the berries cream on top.

Decorate with the remaining blueberries and sunflower seeds.

Quick, easy and delicious!
