What you need
- 1 apple (juicy and sweet)
- 1 cup of oat flakes
- 5 nuts
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
Slice the apple in thin segments and lay them into an owen tray with parchment paper, cover the whole surface of the tray to form a base.
Sprinkle with the oat flakes together with chopped nuts. Flavor with honey and cinnamon.
Bake in the oven at 180°C for about 20 min.
Once the apples are tender and the oat flakes are golden, take out of the oven and add raisins on top.
